your gonna want to have a professional buff this out with a rotary for fastest repair. If you cannot feel it, some/most should come out. If you want to do it yourself, a PC, some pads, and polishes will be needed and some time and patience.

You may even need some wet-sanding here followed by compound with a rotary. It's in a very visible spot..get some assistance if you've never done this.
