Re: Opti Gloss vs Wolgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant
I appreciate all the great stuff guys. Been drowning myself in YouTube reviews of many of the products mentioned and doing lots of reading. I think I'm going to give opti-gloss a try first since I already own it, and may try to top with DGPS spritz (again, already in my cabinet) and see how it does at adding some of that slickness.
I do intend to fully paint correct prior to application, and again.. Have a few rock chips to be repaired (this will have to wait 30+ days before getting coated)

I own both the opti gloss and the dgps (as well as the spritz). Looking for insight from anyone who has experience with both products as to which to try first? Application isn't a concern for me, I have the time/space - just want the best outcome.
I had considered the opti gloss may help on panels with the rock chip repairs to better "blend" three areas, but pure speculation on my point right now - would love thoughts on this as well.
Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant will always be a forum classic. But since you know how to wash a car PROPERLY, I’d say go for Optimum Gloss Coat. You won’t be disappointed that you did.
At the end of the day, they both will protect. Just different durability...obviously.

Re: Opti Gloss vs Wolgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant
Thanks Dan! I had actually sort of forgot I forgot I had it, but about 6 months ago I coated a the wheels on my SUV with it after a fresh powdercoat. Last weekend I was washing both the SUV and my current DD and couldn't believe how easily the opti coated wheels cleaned up. It was amazing. Excited to try it on the paint.
