Leather protection: Gyeon Leather Coat or Ultima Interior Guard Plus

I have both of these but looking for suggestions on which one you guys would use? Does UIGP still hold up against something like Gyeons Leather Coat? I know when UGIP gets wet, it can streak which I didnt like. I do like the slip feel of the UGIP, but havent tried Leather Coat yet so I dont know how it feels. Also concerned with UV protection if possible too. Suggestions?

One vote for leather coat. I love the smooth feel it gives to leather seats and steering wheel. I’ve used both, and found leather coat slightly easier to use. Highly recommend it.

Thanks Bob. I got bored and tried the Gyeon Leather Coat on the back seats and still got streaks. I dont know whats up with Gyeons stuff, maybe its Ford's leather?? I tried it a few different ways. Single coat sparingly, not to over coat at once - streaks. I did a decent full coat - streaked, and now I just did a double coat on the light coated areas. I'll see how it looks soon...

How do you recommend to use/apply UIGP?

I have never had Gyeon Leather Coat streak. Are you wiping off any excess product?

yep... Unless the streaks go away later on? I only let it flash an hour, maybe it goes away over night?

How do you recommend to use/apply UIGP?
•First you have to find a way to rid the
seats of the Gyeon Leather Coat.
    -After that’s been achieved...

    IMO:
A UIGP application becomes, basically, a
Wipe On Walk Away (WOWA) process.

    TO WIT:

-apply: some of the UIGP to the applicator
-next: transfer the UIGP that’s on the applicator
to the seats in a thin and even manner.
-afterwards: allow the treated seats to
completely dry before being sat upon.

    Note:
Same process for other interior surfaces
    (except for glass).

    Eazy-Peazy!

I did the Gyeon Leathercoat on the back ones only. I have not applied anything to the front seats yet.

Never had an issue with it streaking. I apply it to an entire section come back and wipe it off and it is good to go. I have used it with a foam and microfiber applicator.
