Loctite Rust Neutralizer on rock chips?
I've got a few smaller rock chips on my 2016 Mazda 3 and a few have light surface rust. Would it be advised to use something like Loctite Rust Neutralizer (Access Denied) applied with a toothpick into the chip a few days before using Dr. ColorChip?

I don't know about dr colorchip but I just used this exact rust neutralizer on a big rock chip I had last week coincidentally. So the thing is it did its job but according to the directions you are only supposed to paint over it with an oil based paint. I don't think any auto paint is oil based.
I just used the oem touch up paint I had which is acrylic resin. I don't know what the long term effects will be.
I will tell you right now that this product turns deep black as it dries so if you have a white or light car you should be careful.
