    LC Hybrid Fit

    Hello,
I just received some new pads for my Flex 3401
Got some Lake Country Hybrid Force pads 5.5

I'm not sure of something...they don't fit perfect on any of the backing plates I have.

I assume I should use the smaller backing plate and let the pad overhang .....as opposed to using the to large backing plate
and having the plate overhang the pad.

I'm sure this has been a topic here but I haven't been on the forums for a while.

    Thanks for any suggestions

    Mike

    Re: LC Hybrid Fit

the 1st pic you posted is the 4" backing plate that were intended for the 5" hybrid pads that are no longer made/discontinued. the 2nd pic shows the stock 5.5" backing plate (if i'm not mistaken) that comes stock with the flex and is a tad too big for the hook and loop (aka: velcro) on the 5.5" pads...

the backing plate you'll need is the one below...
FLEX XC3401 Mini 4.5 Inch Backing Plate

lake country hybrid power finish 5.5 inch foam pads:
The backing material on each pad is 5 inch, which makes it perfect for use with a 4.5 or 5 inch backing plate.
