Meguiars Water Spot Remover [ Just Polish ] [ Or Has Something More, Acid? ]

Cant find anywhere online. Understand it is definitely a polish/abrasive............. but wondering if it has:

(1.) Anything extra in it to make it worthwhile different than a straight polish.

(2.) Would I be just as well served/similar in using M205 instead.

If has nothing extra in thinking I would be just as well served by using say M205 by hand vs Mequiars Water Spot Remover by hand (on 2-3 day old water spots).

    Here’s some information about the
    “extras” in Meguiar’s A37:

    IMO:
The best way to find out about A37’s and M205’s
individual capabilities in removing your particular
set of water-spots, would be in doing a couple of
    “Test Spots” with both products.
