    Wax on top of sealant?

I applied the TWSNS 2 weeks ago. I ended up going with 2 layers. In late fall I want to boost durability as much as possible. Should I just continue to layer the TWSNS or can I apply a wax, then layer the TWSNS on top?

I would layer 2 coats and wait a while and apply more as late in the season as possible so you've got the most durable coat going into that season that SUCKSWax on top of sealant?

You could, as most things are possible, but normally the sealant goes on before the wax. The reason being the wax is not a durable as the sealant and you want your longest lasting product on the bottom for durability. I don’t know how a sandwich of TW-Wax-TW would hold up as the TW likes bare paint to bond with.

Try it and report back. The TW is so new no one really knows how it will perform over time.

I'll likely add another layer of the TWSNS and put a wax on top then. Thank you.

Just understand you'll be changing the looks of the paint with wax ontop of the TWSS. I find the TWSS has a "candied" look compared to what a wax gives you.

I'm not sure what I'd gain, durability wise, by adding wax over the TWSS. I'll have to try it. Do you think there is a cure time for TWSS before I should apply a wax on top? Oh and I hate winter lol.

Not sure but I'd stick with TWSS because it's easier to apply and lasts longer, plus doesn't look as good....IMHOWax on top of sealant?

Doesn’t TWSS already contain Carnauba Wax?

    IMO:
A topper application of a different Wax may last
    around 4-6 weeks.

    A cure time?

    •IMO:
-Being this product seems to be geared more
towards the Joe/Jane Lunch Bucket consumers:
    Probably not.

-But if ’time is on your side’: giving TWSS ~12-24
hours “to cure” is a sterling idea. {That’s the time
    period that many Sealants recommend.}

I knew a Henry Lunch Bucket once.

Oddly enough, his wife's name was also Jane......
