Which route should I take? (pads/polish/compound)?

Ok this coming week I'm wanting to polish out my 2014 F-150, oxford white clearcoat. It is a 2014 with 19k miles so more time in the garage and driveway sitting than being driven. I've always used the 2BM with it. I know that white hides swirls and rids etc. It looks relly nice and pretty glossy but I want to either put a sealant or coating on it - to do so I know prep is the key.

I have already done an iron decon and a clay bar decon.

    I have the following:

Meg's MF kit with the compound, polish and wax with cutting and finishing pads Looking at maybe D300/cutting pad on if this route)

M210 and meg's cutting, polishing and finishing foam pads.

Meg's Ultimate Compound, Ultimate Polish and Ultimate Wax.

Between Ultimate polish and the MF kit polish i'd get more cut from the UP correct?

I have a 15mm long-throw polisher that would be used with the above.

Which woulkd you use and if I can ask, why?

The D302 polish does not contain any abrasives. The pad will be doing the work. You are correct that ultimate polish has more cut than it.

Pending your test spot you could go with just M210. If you need to compound then D300 is a nice compound to work with and you can follow up with M210.

If you are going the coating route then be sure to prep wipe the surface.

I know some have said D300 and a cutting pad can often be a one-step and with clearcoat white that might work.... but the M210 or ultimate polish with a finishing MF pad or polishing foam pad sounds like it might be best overall. The finish is definitely not beaten up, and despite not being washed but maybe once a month is pretty decent overall.

Thinking D300 which would work great might be bit overkill.

D300 is an excellent one step on light colors and Megs 210 doesn’t cut enough to my liking. Only your test spot will show you what can be accomplished

I know D300 has done some nice work in the past most definitely.
