Product Comparison for Engine Bay - Infinity Wax Rubber Wax vs Sonus Motorkote

I've used Sonus Motorkote in the past with great results. A friend of mine turned me on to Infinity Wax Rubber Wax. Sonus is a spray, which is great for hitting the engine after you clean it. However, I'm wondering how the durability of Sonus Motorkote would compare to Infinity Wax Rubber Wax in the engine bay?

I am thinking of "waxing" my engine bay today with Infinity Wax. I have a bottle of Sonus coming too.

Any thoughts on the better product for engine bay?

Re: Product Comparison for Engine Bay - Infinity Wax Rubber Wax vs Sonus Motorkote

Did a search on the Infinity rubber wax. Seems more geared toward tires and trim. I never had a issue with Sonus motor kote. Durability and looks cant be beat. And I would not how to begin to wax a engine bay! There is no way you could hand reach all the different surfaces in the engine.

On a side note, I would love to see the Infinity used on tires.

I hear you. I have to say though it was very easy with the Infinity Rubber Wax. It was recommended by their chemist for use in the engine bay. At first I thought it would take long but it doesn’t at all. All you need are foam applicators and it does on so thin and easy. No buffing required. A little goes a long way. It has extreme hydrophobic properties and is outstanding on plastics and rubber. Sonus is also a favorite of mine.
