    Semi-Aniline Leather seat treatment

Hi, My Infiniti has Semi-Aniline seats that are very smooth and with minimum leather grooves and marks. I have treated the seats with Chemical Guys Leather and used their conditioner as it supposed to be safe for all leather surfaces including mine, however no matter how careful I am it leaves some residue/shine even though they advertise that it is not supposed to. I have used it before and the shine and sticky/slippery feeling goes away after few days of use, but I just don't like how it comes out with some patches of residue looking spots.

I am wondering if anything like ONR is a better option to clean and protect maybe? I just wanted use something to keep leather conditioned so in long run prevents it from cracking, but maybe I have done some unnecessary step.

Just for background I have done this 3 months ago and got similar results with the CG but I thought I did not apply it correctly, but apparently its the product that does this.

    Any Suggestion is appreciated.

    IMO:
    -No, not this time around.
    -But you’d better do better
    on the flip-side.

Thanks Bob, I wiped the excess streaks with dry microfiber towel and it looks uniform now, however I have a bottle of ONR on order. Is it a good idea to wipe the seats down with ONR just to be safe?

•Since the streaks are gone; and things look
uniform; I wouldn’t bother the seats with ONR.
    -Your good to go.

Next time: give this kit a try:
Leather Master Car Leather Protection & Cleaner Kit, Leather Master Ink Away Ink Remover, ink lifter, leather cleaner, leather protection

The kit has cleaner and cream conditioner, shouldn’t I avoid any cream conditioner at all?

    That’s strange.
The kit I listed actually has a Protection
    Cream, not a cream Conditioner.

The steering still feels sticky even though I wiped it with water damped microfiber. Shall I use the suggested cleaner or something like ONR to get rid of sticky feel?

I have ONR available but need to order the kit, however certainly don’t want to make it worst than what it is.

It says the product is discounted.

I cleaned the steering with soap and also Lexol cleaner and still have sticky feel, did not put any conditioner or coating on it, shall I apply anything?

At this point I am desperate as my car is only three months old and the steering feels so yucky!

Well daggone the luck...the Kit I use and
have been recommending for quite some
    time has been discontinued.

    However:
Their “Leather Protection Cream” has not
met with the same fate. It can be found
as either a stand alone product, or part of
    their “Strong Leather Care Kit”.

Leather Master Car Interior Leather Protection Cream, leather conditioner, leather protector

Leather Master Strong Leather Care Kit, strong leather cleaner, Leather Master leather care, leather seat cleaner
