Forgot about this thread I made.
I actually ended up recommending the McKee's with a tooth brush, and it worked for him.
On a side note, he said his wife's teeth have zero wax residue as well.......
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

The video shows the remover being sprayed liberally over the affected trim !
However it also lands on some paintwork , does it affect the finish on the paintwork ?

If wiped off right away, I see no harm. Tape if you feel uncomfortable.

As long as the trim is not textured, Mr. Clean Magic Eraser works very well. I recently had some polish splatter that I needed to remove from textured trim on my truck. I used Megs D101 and a firm bristle tooth brush and a cheap microfiber towel. Some of the spots required two scrubbins but they disappeared.
