Microfiber uses : Anyone double duty theit MFs?
So Im stuck on having two colors for MFs used for paint use. By this I mean, have one color for wax/sealant removal and one for polish/compound removal... Is that needed or can I just use them as such and dont worry about color segregation for those tasks? I could save a good bit of money if I just buy one color...

Are they designed for polish/wax removal?

It's the Edgeless ones from here, the Forrest green towels. I used to use the same towels, then I was told not to, now I'm still stuck on it.

Those are good towels.
I don't worry about mixing my wax or polish removal towels.
A good wash with some 3D Towel Kleen rests my mind.
This is just my opinion, but I haven't noticed a problem.

But, as Mike has pointed out, this makes it easier to see dirt, contaminants, etc., when you are inspecting your MF towels. As compared to thicker/plusher towels. If you're really worried about leftover polish or compound, you could always do a pre-soak followed by a double wash, that should definitely do the trick.

Every time I was, I do soak and two rinses. I have to get on the vinegar train... I use towel kleen. But about to run out soon.

Point taken, but to be brutally honest, if I ever get to the point that I am questioning any towel I own, it gets kicked down to wheel/wheel well/running board, or finally muddy dog paw duty.
As a hobbyist, grabbing a few new MF towels here and there is not a huge deal.
I treated my first batch of good MF's like they were gold, now I realize that they are all expendable at a certain point of their lives. Even with great care.

My towels go from rinseless/drying towels, to cat bed, and back to rinseless & drying towels. It’s a never ending cycle.lol.

What’s that little red handle thing that your cat is protecting?
