    The CG grey matter towels are excellent. I sill use mine but the CG orange super fatty towels are the best.

    Used a waffle towel until I recently picked up a Big Blue mf towel, love it and holds a ton of water. I’ve never had to ring it out while drying.
    Incredibly soft and plush.

    Used for drying a 2017 Rav 4.

    I won a Adam's Ultra Plush drying towel at an event they had. I really like it I am guessing it's like the PFM everyone loves. I just don't like the $30 price.

    I started with the waffle weave and I still use them occasionally for rinseless washes. Now it is strictly PFM. It is a superb towel. I use a Wolfgang Uber solution for a drying aid and a gentle wipe with the PFM.

    @OP:

    All of my Waffle Weave drying towels are,
    in reality, Microfiber—i.e.: made from/with
    polyamide and polyester micro-fibers—two
    of the more typical MF-blends that are used
    for detailing purposes.

    A certain auto store sells Griot's stuff and has nice sales plus coupons. You can get them for $8 each delivered.
