I prefer to use drying aids on the paint and these rinse off sealants on the wheels where I feel personally they really excel.
I only ask since there seems to be some speculation as to the silica content in here while the competition seems to be pretty well documented on it contents as far as I’m aware. I think I’ll try this with my Hydro Blue and WetCoat once the weather gets better here in Illinois. I can’t wait for a string of snow free 40+ degree days to get here!
I add 2oz ech2o, 2oz reload, 2oz HydrO2 and 26oz water. It works great as a detail spray so far. Haven’t been able to use as drying aid as its tool cold right now to 2bm the vehicle. I will find out soon though how it does.

You know I really don't care about this I'm more entertained but I really doubt meguiars has any wrong doing here...this is a brand everyone has loved at on point or another and more then likely still using today I know my cabinet is full of the detailer line

Re: Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic Wax
while I am not 100% happy with the results I'm getting after having these on the car for s short term but this is just me. I think I was caught up in the hype of them all.
I will say that my new drying aid will be either CMX or HCW, so far HCW seems like the perfect replacement for xpress wax and if it is offered in a gallon in the detailer line then just that alone will win me over. CMX I do feel preforms slightly better but neither are a replacement for something like PNS. I would still use PNS and still might use it as my drying aid but its just a whole lot more on my wallet

Based on that product code, I believe this SDS sheet lines up with the product. https://www.meguiars.co.uk/wp-conten...Hydrid-wax.pdf

Minerigger, you’re the member I was thinking about and I’m glad you responded. I think you showed pictures on your wife’s Armada that was a deep silver color, it looked great in the garage pics. When the weather turns for the better you gotta get some shots of it in sunlight! I’ve used the Merlin Elixer a handful of times and love it, the fact you tried HyrdO2 in the mixture is genius and something I will definitely be trying when our weather gets better here in Illinois.

Quick question here, have you used CMX on wet paint already and if so, how did it do?

Yes I've only used it as a drying aid so far and it works fine just not as easy as HCW

AG does have this product. I have not reported everything, or anything to the ag police. I do think we should respect this as the ag forum, sponsored by ag, and try to support them when we can.
Why would I be angry? It takes a lot to make me so, but thanks for bringing this to my attention.
