    Collinite Needs

Couldn't find a wish forum so I will put it here.
I wish Collinite would come out with a spray wax and a No-Rinse wash and wax of their own. I have seen some threads where people would try to make 845 a spray but that`s not the same as I would think you need to have it flash and buff. If anyone knows of a formula using 845 and using it like a traditional spray wax I`m all ears.

I don’t know about a spray wax but it sounds like a great idea. I love Collinite.

I just wanted to plug Collinite #850. I had a bottle for some time but never used it. I decided to try it out on some nasty exhaust pipe ends and it worked wonders. Cleaned all the nasty stuff out with ease and left everything protected. I’ve been using a separate polish and protectant on tail pipes, well no more since #850. I guess it gets neglected since it is usually thought of as a marine product.

Been using 850 for a few years now and yes it works well. The Leather cleaner wax works very well also, especially cleaning the steering well, it's amazing how gunky the finger end gets over time.

Leather steering wheel gets nastier than any other part of the interior. It takes a lot of work to really get one truly clean and you have to be careful not to scrub through the protective coating. I need to look into that Collinite leather cleaner. Thanks.

If you want 845 in a spray then look no further than Optimum Car Wax.... or you can always dilute 845 with your favorite quick detailer. I've done it.

I think the beauty of 845 is you can use just about any spray wax on it you want. I think the combo I liked the best with 845 is Meguiars Ultimate Quik Wax.

Already using Car Wax but you know how we are always looking and experimenting. I will have to give the detailer dilution a try I have quite a bit of DG detailer, thanks.

Well, just received an email from Mark Taylor (Collinite) to my wish. They are currently developing a QD hopefully out by the end of this upcoming year. Does that mean the end of 2019?.

    Dave,

We appreciate your input on this matter. We are currently working toward a quick detailer hopefully for the end of this upcoming year.

Did you come up with an acceptable ratio for 845 and QD
