    Poorboy’s SSR2.5 Question

I'm relatively new to detailing and have a question on Poorboy's SSR2.5. Can I use this product and then put a couple layers of Klasse SG on top or do I have to use the Poorboy's SSR1 before the SG?

I agree that the best bet is to go over it again to be sure that the hazing is gone using SSR1 or ProPolish. With that said, depending on the paint color, I have had an occasion or two where I felt the paint was good to go after SSR2.5. Especially when I completely worked the surface with a rotary vs. a PC. Or maybe I was lazy a time or two. I am not sure which?????

    Re: Poorboy’s SSR2.5 Question

While it is possible to finish off with just the SSR2.5, as cwcad stated, it's a good idea to use a finer polish as well. The SSR1 will remove any light marring left from the 2.5 or the pad, all while increasing the gloss. Check out the link in my signature if you want any tips for using SSR2.5.

    Re: Poorboy’s SSR2.5 Question

I have ALWAYS found 2.5 SSR needs to be followed by a true finishing polish and pad.
