Anyone using anti-vibration gloves?
Anyone using anti-vibration gloves when compounding or paint correcting with a DA? Are they useful? Any particular ones recommended?
Thanks!

Me neither. They seem like they’d get in the way and I wouldn’t want to be touching my good white microfiber towels with them on because I imagine them being similar to typical black work gloves which are never clean.

Yes, I do. I use cycling gloves which have padding on the palm, they are fingerless

Re: Anyone using anti-vibration gloves?
In 2015 I started using vibration reduction gloves. I liked them, but they were bulky and didn't give me a confident grip on my tools. In 2016 I started using the Griot's Garage gloves and they were perfect. I didn't wear them for one paint correction job that year and the lingering pain was enough to cement my need for them.
I recommend the Griot's Garage gloves. I wear them when using power tools and when wiping off compound residue and they work perfectly.

I tried but I didn't care for them,to much of a pain if I had to feel something.
I wear gloves when I weld, bale hay and log,etc etc,but I hate them on my hands detailing

Are the Griot's Gloves pre-curved (like bike/motorcycle/snowmobile gloves)?
After wearing motocross and snowmobile gloves for cold weather, it always makes it very apparent when gloves aren't pre-curved as the material bunches up inside your fingers/palms.

I'm really not sure. I haven't noticed any distracting "bunching" of material, but then again I haven't paid attention to it. I've had my pair for quite a while and they're pretty worn. The first thing that started to wear out was the velcro. The gloves are on their last legs now and a new pair is definitely in order.

IMO:
They’re very helpful for those that
suffer from Peripheral Neuropathy,
Vibration White Finger, and/or other
dibilitating nerve-affecting diseases.
Hope you are never impacted
in such a way.
