It’s a channel on youtube. Dude is pretty cool, he’s got lots of DIY vids pertaining to cars and he really likes using 303 Protectant, Mothers metal polish, along with many other products that aren’t widely known.
He also happens to be a Cadillac man. Check it out. I’m sure you’ll find some of it interesting.

It hit the high 40's today so I hit the self wash bay with a foamer of Frothe/Boost, foamed the car and pressure washed it off. Not cars & coffee clean but it's supposed to snow tomorrow so it'll be dirty again soon.

I'm going to hit the quarter wash next "thaw" but bring my IK Foam 9 and one of the Bilt-Hamber pre-washes and the leftover TWHS foaming tire and wheel cleaner and get after it. I just changed out a dirty tip in the IK Foam 9 so when I Foam it it's going to do an awesome job. I can't figure out for the life of me how and why that little felt tip gets so dirtyWhat did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Ammo frothe wash followed with Hydrate. I normally pretreat with whatever waterless I have in the pump sprayer.

Did half the car this way. Then I tried no pretreat and applying more frothe. What did you do today, in regards to detailing? Won’t be pre treating anymore.

Went out…. It rained. Blew dry with Ego when got home What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Was able to get a wash in yesterday. Used Strip Down followed by BH Cleanser fluid. Strip Down and Reset completely killed the remaining LSP. I then applied Hyper Seal to bare paint and it rained overnight.

It’s a shame this product has such average hydrophobic behavior because I love the look it gives and how easy it is to apply.

Use it as a summer LSP. I believe it has IV protection so perfect for summer

Re: What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Well today I didn’t directly do anything that involved any detailing gear. However, what I did today will serve me for years to come and produce better results than buying a new quick detailer or wax ever would.

I bought a couple intensely bright LED fixtures and a propane heater for the detached garage. I got fed up with needing to wait until the temperature was over 32°F to wash the car. I also was fed up with the abysmal lighting in the garage. Now I can rinseless wash the car in comfort anytime I want! Being comfortable means I’ll take more time and make sure I don’t rush the job (so as to get out of the cold quicker) — rushing leads to swirls and missing dirty spots. And the new lights mean I’ll actually be able to see how the car looks as I’m washing it in the garage! The new lights will also serve me in the summer since now I’ll be able to wash the car out of direct sunlight more easily.

Tried this on my gauge cluster plastic and it didn’t make it perfect but certainly cleaned up some previous mistakes I had made…. Probably could get a little better results but ran out of time before work.
