The rain stopped, so finished the wash with Gyeon Bathe+, wheels cleaned with Bowden's Wheely Clean, then dried it all with Bowden's After Glow. And now it looks like the rain is back.

Was supposed to clean up my car but ended up working on my son's Prius. Cleaned with Reset and then decided to polish the gloss black painted integrated spoiler and then the B-pillars and windows trim. I bought the 2014 Toyota Prius used and the spoiler was beat up with all sorts of spots and scratches. Didn't get everything out but at least it is gloss black and reflective now. Used all sorts of pads and polishes to figure out what would work but the Rupes Blue Coarse Wool pad with Rupes Coarse Polish worked the best using the Flex Pixie. Used the same on the B-pillar and windows trim.





Rear B-Pillar is polished.

So the ES was days dusty and since I'm on vacation this week and today is the day before my daughter and I head down to the Dragon (doing The Lost Sea Adventure and Zoo Knoxville on Thursday) I decided to do some prep to the ES.

I started with the usual Brake Buster tire/wheel cleaning and then moved to the carwash. This time I decided to do an Ech2o RW (1.5 oz/3.5 gallons of water) I used the GD method and pre-treated each panel. I was inspired to use Ech2o based on the current thread about RW. This product is just incredibleYes I've used it before but everytime I use Ech2o I wonder why I'm not using it more and with the colder weather coming sooner than later RW's and WW's will be more of a thing

Once done I decided to apply an extra coat of protection and this time I chose something I hadn't used in a bit...Griot's Garage 3 in 1 spray ceramic. This product is so easy to use but having so many choices some products have to wait their turn

Next up was an exterior glass cleaning and because I'm going on the road I wanted something "a little extra". Once again a not used enough product was called into duty...Duragloss Rain Repell.

Next I swiped down the tires with 303 Tire Cleaner and haven't decided if I'm adding anything but the Feynlab Black Velvet is streaking away some. I'll probably add something, just not sure what will be called into service...maybe something I haven't reached for in a while, or ever on my tires...VRT, that's the choice

Part Duex:

Vac'd out the interior and treated the seats, steering wheel, shiftknob and door panel inserts with Gyeon Leather. Then sprayed the interior with CG's Black Frost.

I took some pics because I applied VRT to the tires for the first time and really like how the Griot's Garage Ceramic 3 in 1 Wax looks, it's a beautiful day to boot

BTW this is my 3rd trip to the Dragon in the ES but this time better, fresher and wider tires! That said, I do have my special co-driver so no exploiting their limits
