What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

More holiday detailing, the Mustang's turn today.



In addition to the exterior wash, I re-dressed the interior with 303 and did the glass all round. The engine bay was also given a wipe over.



The Mustang is such a nice car to detail. The lack of rear doors mean cleaning and drying door jambs is quicker and the black plastic skirting keeps the lower painted panels cleaner for longer.

Two cars done, and finally feeling unwound, doing the other three will be extra blissful.

I quite like them, especially the double action. They also have a nice even spray distribution. And I love how they look.

I have heard the odd negative comment about them but I have not had any issues.

That Falcon is too damn cool. I love the color, wheels, and tint. It's perfect.

Finally had a moment to put on the truck's winter protection yesterday. Also tried out Blackfires when sealant, it made the wheels really glossy! Let's see how it does with dirt repellency.*if repellency is a word* lol

Every surface on the wife’s car has been cleaned and treated. Today was an engine bay detail and a complete interior detail. Meguiars D101 and 303 were the main products used.
My car songs playlist accompanied me the whole time.

Today's detailing delight was a matter of pure indulgence.





The XR8 was not especially dirty, save for a smudge on the windscreen, but with a freshly cleaned cover and time on my hands, it would have been rude not too wash it.

Both my red Fords resting in comfort.

Polished (M205) the top on my 2008 Tacoma and then finished with Collinite 845.

Like the Falcon, Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant was used for protection. Despite needing an hour to set, by the time I had cleaned the interior and washed my pads it was time for the wipe off. I love DGPS and can't quite understand why I stopped using it?
