What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Got Adam's Detail Spray delivered today. Tried it out...

So far, I like it. Initial thought, it seems just as good, perhaps a bit better than CC's V7.
But too early to tell, will have to wait and see how it holds up.

Brand new car cover. Supposed to be near fancy. Has Motor Trend brand label on it. Says it’s weather proof, we’ll see about that within the next few days as rain is in the forecast.

@Clearview. On 2nd thought, maybe you should skip cruising in this ride, you don’t want to be mistaken for an “OG” remember? That next interior job could be your own mess. Lol. J/k

Well anywho, the FNW has been in full effect, but I've added a layer and makes the car even more clean, here's what I did this evening:

-Pre-wash w/ Griot's Garage foaming wash done through my IK Foam 9 hand pump foamer, this machine is a Godsend! We had "some" snow yesterday, so the car did benefit from this dynamic duo!

-After I let the Griot's Foaming Surface wash soak, I rinsed the car down with the Worx and moved onto the 2BM wash. I should also mention I have the new Grit Guardz installed in both buckets, these things are awesome, yet another way to do a better 2BM. I used 1 oz of TAC system Mystic Bubble and got after it. This product works together with their coating but surely would do a great job on non-coated cars as well. It's very concentrated so 1 oz worked out well with 3 gallons of water. Once I was done I grabbed the Speed Master and the left over soapy water and cleaned the tires and wheels, barrels too, ofcosrse. I then rinsed the car down and was done...or was i?

-At this point i decided to finally use my 1 year old bottle of Gyeon WetCoat. I did use it on winter wheels last weekend but decided to finish the bottle on my car. I should mention here that I had these "things" floating around in the bottle, almost looked like seeds but I decided to use it anyways. I did a section at a time and let it sit for about 30 seconds and then rinsed off with the Worx, very impressive product! I had enough for the entire car, even had some left over, so I decided to hit the wheels again, why not, right.

-To dry the car i used 2 towels, a Griot's Garage waffle weave for the glass and for the rest of the car I used Luxury Microfibers "The Sucker". This is a big, heavy towel that really sucks...in a good way

I've used many, many towels over the years and this one is the best, you can see AND feel the quality here. I finished by drying the tires and wheels with a random, designated mg towel and now I'm done, time to go upstairs and watch some LIGA MX
