Re: What did you do today, in regards to detailing?
The Qashqai got a free tyre check up, 4 months since the new Continentals were fitted. They say they check the balance, but I suspect all they do is rub their greasy fingerprints on the wheels. So I gave them a wipe down with Boss Gloss. At least this time they didn't leave greasy prints on the door handle. The Contis have been awesome though, so much grip, but also much quieter.Attachment 74560

Ordered my very first Adam's products.
Brilliant Glaze, and 16oz. of the Mega Foam. Never used a glaze before and watched the older Forensic Detailing Channel's glaze review video. He liked it, and that man has never given me(or anyone I suppose) bad advice.

Just curious as to what you are looking to do because a lot of people here do not use glaze very often.

I can see that, as I have been maintaining my own cars since I was 16 and never bought one before and the only one you ever see in-stores is the Meg's one. Literally just curious. FDC filled in 6000grit sandpaper marks with it, I knew the intended purpose of a glaze but never believed they could do all that they claim, I gotta say, I was impressed. I know it isn't as good as just simply removing the scratches, hence buying a G9 recently(started a thread). I will probably play with in on my wife's silver Altima that never gets TLC(she doesn't care and feels bad when I waste my time cleaning it lol). Never used one before, looked entertaining. I say this after saying on other threads that I don't experiment with new stuff often
Don't worry, not charging someone for a polish when in reality I'm just covering their car in a bunch of short-term acrylic fillers :xyxthumbs:

Washed with Optimum Car Wash, used Optimum Hyper Seal as drying aid, Meguiar's Hyper Dressing on tires & topped with Sonax Ceramic Ultra Slick detailer. This was my first time using the Sonax. It is incredibly slick!

I thought we got burned at the stake for discussing such stuff here [emoji16]
I've bought a thing or two from Adam's but their biggest draw for me is being 5mi away. Easy access in a pinch with just a few products that maybe really shine. I've noticed they have the Chemical Guys level of marketing with a lot of "limited release" bottles and what not. I hear more about their bottles than the product within.
