What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Fuzion is such an easy product to work with from what I remember but applying a wax in 45 degree temps, how does that work?

So I've been sitting around all day and needed to do something, had the balance of Brillant Maker leftover, about 2 ounces and finished it up. Now Doppler Abarth showed 43 degrees down in the garage but it felt cooler but I went ahead anyways. I'm pleased to report that Brillant Maker performed great, went on with no issues and basically disappeared while I was wiping it in, AWESOME! I did the entire car, glass and all, pretty happy with this combo!

The pics are right after I applied it and the Gyeon Tire Express is most impressive!

After consulting with a fellow AutoGeek I ordered CQuartz UK 3.0 on today’s 25% off sale. Come spring the SS and Durango RT are getting some lovin’. I already have several CarPro products on the basement shelf so it’s a logical choice.

The temperature was not a problem. The Fuzion sprayed on easily, it spread easily and it wiped off easily.

I guess I didn't know they had a spray on Fuzion wax now

Over the last week I have been working on fitting my 35 ft hose for master blaster onto a vacuum hose reel from Rockler.

I love the master blaster but the hose sucks to get out and put up each time. These hose reels aren't too cheap though. $139

Had to fit/rig some pvc fittings to attach the hose. Had to seal them up with liquid nails on 1 fitting :-)

Reel seems very solid. Seems like this will be a nice time saver and convenient.

Used Sonus Trim and Motor Kote

Before... a little dusty. Wiped it down with wet MF towel.

don't want it on the paint.

right after First Spray...

Done, 1 hr. after 2nd spray...

Those are Michelins... The 1st pic is how they looked after cleaning them with Megs D143. I’m gonna drive by the owners house in a couple of days and check on them. Hopefully they don’t look like crap by then.
