Day Off Ranger detailing.

After a grubby couple of days on the mowing run, and a coating of wet weather road film, my hard working Ranger needed some attention. Being maintained regularly, my Ranger only needed a quick vac of the interior and a two bucket wash.

The old mans Wildtrack, covered in traffic film and bug splatter, needed far more time spent on it. As well as attending to the bugs, the interior was dressed with 303, all glass cleaned and the leather cleaned and protected. This detail earned me a few $$ but left me wondering if it was actually a day off?

Cleaned up the truck after getting tints on it. Topped with Kamikaze overcoat. Love that stuff!

I took another page from Eldo’s book. I found a vehicle in the parking lot with the filthiest tires and I cleaned only one wheel. Then I disappeared to a different part of the parking lot. This cargo van had deplorable tires.

I’m thinking about doing to the same to one of my coworkers Mercedes SUV, I just have to fill one of my spray bottles with water so I can rinse it though.

Washed my microfiber and foam pads today in case I decide to do a prewinter detail. Used BF Pad cleaner and warm water. Air dry.

Couple days ago I brought all my stuff in from the garage as it will be getting cold soon here in Michigan (yay) and then yesterday I took the time to clean up my bottles/gallons as they were dusty. Topped off some chemicals and cleaned out some sprayers that were a bit gunky.
