I want those seats in my Mustang!

After what seemed like a week straight of rainy days I finally washed the car this evening (I think my neighbors were about to hold a candle light vigil outside of my house!).

Quick foam with DP Foam Soap, then the MP method washing with 11 MF towels with DP Foam Soap (waiting for Wolfgang sio2 soap later this week), Sonax on the rims, Meg D143 on the tires, and Wolfgang WET to finish the tires, GG PFM towel...then used Uber RW as a QD for a little extra pop!

Cleaned up my parents car. My dad tends to wipe it down pretty regularly so it doesn’t build up a whole lot of dirt, but the finer details get missed. I gave it a quick wash and took care of some dead bugs, focused on heavily cleaning the wheels and tires and gave the exhaust tips a quick polish.

Washed with Sonax Car Shampoo and dried with P&S Showroom Shine Detail Spray
Wheels cleaned with various brushes and WOWO’s clean wheels, sealed up with Gyeon WetCoat
Tires got scrubbed down with DP APC and glossed up with Optimum Opti Bond
Exhaust tips with S100 polishing soap

My weekly detailing session, Mustang's turn today. That brake dust was keeping me awake at night!







Today's extra little job included a coat of 303 on the interior and exterior trims.





I also tried out new-to-me Gyeon Tire Express.

Gyeon Tire Express is an awesome product but those mesh, gloss black wheels would not just keep me up at night but would also make my hair fall out...oh wait

Exhaust tips with S100 polishing soap

I always used wadding polish (Eagle One currently). Does the S100 do a better job or...? I am almost out of the wadding and was going to buy more. The only thing I use the stuff is on the exhaust tips for both cars.
