It has been crazy wet here for the last I don't know how long. That would easily happen to me Davidbear If I got off the pavement.
I cleaned the glass in the house today. Another rainy Friday and Saturday. Another one!!
Rinseless wash and coated my new Honda Lawnmower with CP DLUX. My wife thinks I need to get my head examined.

Finished up the overspray removal I started a week or so ago. Pre final, at it, and before. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...9c3de3bf2e.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...e18cf3bef6.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...df0fdbdf36.jpg

One of my regular clients, his wife, got a new Lincoln and wanted it detailed to get rid of the nasty winter crud.
The paint is in really good shape actually. Very fine swirls on the sides of the car. You can barely see them.
So I ended up washing with Chemical Guys citrus wash and gloss. Clay with blackfire Mitt. Then I sealed it up with TW seal and shine. Stuff was not too bad. The shine was pretty good and it had some filling capabilities.
No before pics because it was raining on and off the whole morning.

It was 100% my fault for being impatient.
I thought I could ease ase into the grass and get last them. They have a job to do as well. I didn't have time to wait around. Ended up catching a ride with my wife and left the truck there for a few hours. We had a black belt workout to go to that I was hosting. In hindsight obviously I should have waited :-)

Shifted a couple details around to accommodate some customers. This week's Mustang Vert is moving to next week and today I now I have a new car prep for a Volvo and IIRC it's a 60 series CUV/SUV in a gun metal grey color. Looking to get it ceramic coated.
So we were "supposed" to go Iron Gate cars and coffee this morning but apparently the midwest has turned into England this "spring"[emoji852]
I washed the car Thursday and after work Friday my car was a pollen magnet, so to cheer up this morning I decided to do a wash. For this wash it only needed a pre-wash with the IK Foam 9 and I used AutoBrite Magifoam for this, 1.5 ounces of soap topped to the 1.3 gallon line. I foamed the car down, let it dwell for a bit and rinsed it off. The beading was great, so to add to this I sprayed my FrankenDetailer 2.0 on it for a drying aid (Ech2o+TAC system Quartz Max and some N914, pre-mixed last year some time) Upon spraying the water ran away from the FD 2.0, sprayed down the entire car and dried...came out GREAT! I haven't used the FD in quite some time which is surprising actually, LOL. I also sprayed it on the wheels and dried them as well, now the car sits....I wonder if it's ever going to be 80+ again[emoji848][emoji275]
