AIO product Recommendations...
Which AIO products offer the best polishing ability? Looking for an AIO that has the best light scratch removing ability. I suppose using an aggressive polishing pad will always help too.

Regardless what AIO you use, my opinion is to use a Polishing Pad not an aggressive pad. The AIO I use as my go to is Meg's D166. It used to be Menzerna AIO but that is now my back-up

2nd choice is HD Speed.

I haven’t tried Essence, but didn’t know that it had good polishing capability. I thought it was a really fine polish, and of course I hear about the fillers.

All depends on what pads you use.
I found the "coating-like" properties lasted me a good year.
