^^^^ what he said ^^^^ Otherwise, a long needle nose pliers. Forceps if your a doctor... Just be careful not to scratch the plastic, once scratched, really no easy fix.
For any tar on the front of the vehicle, and or loads of dried bug spatter, you can use Tarminator.

The frog was dried up like jerky , it must have been there for weeks. She must have hit it on the highway went right through the plastic grill. Anyway I pulled it out with my fingers.
