Don't forget about poorboy's natural look, light scent, and finishes pretty matte. It's fairly viscous; I find it applies a little better using a foam applicator rather than spraying a microfiber.

I tried Optimum Protectant Plus aka leather protectant. Stuff is great. I like it better than 303. Leaves nothing behind, has UV blockers and no greasy feel at all.

Pinnacle Black Label Vinyl&Leather Coating. Best way to explain it is a glowing matte look.
Adam’s or really any interior detailer to maintain.

Re: Interior cleaner protectant
I presume you are looking for a “quick detailer” type of product that can be used as frequently as you would like, as opposed to a dedicated interior “protectant.” There are plenty of options available. Griot’s Garage Interior Detailer is an excellent choice and is readily available at your local auto parts store (Advance Auto, Auto Zone, etc.). Mother’s Speed Interior Detailer is another nice choice, and has a nice clean smell. Here is a write up I did several years ago comparing several interior quick detailers that you may find helpful. My current interior quick detailer of choice is McKee’s 37 Fast Interior Detailer.

That one is on my list to try. Looks promising.
Megs Quik Interior detailer was always my favorite. Gyeon Interior Detailer I have on hand as well and that is very similar to the Megs. Both are alcohol based, flash quickly and leave nothing behind. I'm really like the OPT Leather Protectant (aka Protectant Plus) at the moment.
