If those are the main complaints, personally those are the least of my main concerns.

CarPro Essence is spectacular at what it is designed to do.

Lets say you were to use it as a one step... what pad(s) would you use?

Just Essenced my buddy's Pure White GTI. Lots of Gloss, still waiting for a post rain photo though...he better remember to send me one I wanted to compare beads to just Reload as a standalone. We topped his car with Reload after the polish with Essence. Used a hexlogic black pad, little to no cutting was observed.

I have also heard that if you intend to cut some with Essence to not use a foam pad but a microfiber one. I may do that next time.

Just as TTQ posted. Has worked for me using a Rupes yellow foam polishing or at times a Rupes green heavy polishing/light cutting foam pad.

Thanks for the replies and suggestions! I think I'm just going to use my LC White foam pads and go for it! Or maybe purchase a couple LC green pads!

I would skip the green (stiff) pads and go with the yellow Rupes pads.
