Nope. Bosch compressor with air blower chuck.
Even then, there is a little water left which needs to be toweled off. Miss one drop on chrome, and you can see it from space. Well, I can........

I can see that drop from here Paulie (I am in Jersey right now). I actually use shirts from former employers to dry my rims. The company emblem cleans the lug nuts quite well.
