Re: Homeowners Association and Home Based Auto Detailing Business
I live in an HOA and read the CC&R's, and there is nothing in there that states I cannot wash my vehicle. Just make nice with your neighbors and all will be fine. Condos are a different situation, you don't own the property of a condo, so if you're moving into a condo, then yes, they most likely will not let you wash or work on a car.

Re: Homeowners Association and Home Based Auto Detailing Business
I live in a HOA and also on the board also and there is nothing in our rules and regs, convents about washing cars. Myself I do our cars and a few neighbors with no complaints just compliments on how nice cars look.
Being a senior HOA doing grass cutting , shrub trimming and especially on - degree winter days to have a cup of warm coffee and watch someone else plow driveways, sidewalks is why I live in a HOA.
AS posted READ..READ...READ.. anything that has to do with home buying, sometimes realtors don`t know all the info either.
