Ok but do you understand the issue with mold?
Mold is just not something dirty you see. It's a serious health hazzard. Mold releases spores that will land everywhere in the car and grow there. So you have to clean everything thoroughly, even areas like under the seats, in the vents and so on. If you don't, people will be exposed to it and breathe them in. This is why you must be very careful and wear protective gear while cleaning that sort of mess.
If it takes you 4 to 6 hours to clean the car, you can almost double that if you have to deal with mold. And you also need to use products capable of killing the mold and spores. This is a specialty job and should not be done as a quick detail. By simply removing the obvious mold, people will use the car not knowing they are putting their health at risk.

I deny mold jobs all the time because I am not equipped to the fullest capacity to do it correctly.

Hmm, I guess if she's happy that's all that matters for $120+/hour. In my world, the world where I actually make $120/hour, I'm doing my best work, not work that's barely passable. To each their own.

Re: Customers Disgusting car. Should I?
I mean I did a throw up job two days ago on a pretty new Ford Focus EV. Of course, I did a complete interior detail in addition to cleaning up the mess. She apparently let it sit out in the hot sun for the last two days to make sure it wasn't going to stink after we did the job. She called me this morning to thank me for taking the job and doing it right and to schedule a wash for her husband's truck. I charged her $140, she gave me a $20 tip. It took me 3 hours and the car looked like brand new when I left.

Mold is horrible.
I had some bad experiences with it. Thought I was having a heart attack, but it was "just" mold poisioning.
