Spilled milk in jeep

Long story short, a 16oz chocolate milk was left in my jeep( unopened) and in the heat, the bottle expanded and eventually leaked. So, now my passenger seat smells like rotten milk. Any suggestions ? Thanks everyone!

Cloth or leather?

If cloth, you could pretreat with Meguiars D116 Protein Stain Remover and tamp it, or carpet extract the seat.
Then apply CarPro So2Pure Air Purifying Coating 120 ml.

If perforated leather, I would just use a high quality leather cleaner and then treat with the so2pure.
