    Sealers and non-clearcoat paint

    Hi All,

I have a 1975 Porsche 914, signal orange, original paint in nice shape.

While I have been able to polish it nicely, I would now like to seal the paint for pest protection, gloss retention. It is NOT a clearcoat finish.

Can I use product like Gyeon Q2 Synchro? While I have used on clearcoats, not sure if they are compatible or how well they may or may not work for older, non-clearcoats?

    Thanks

    Mike
