I would also get an Ik pump sprayer. I'll make a video with my process and try to share it here if I can remember.

I’ve got 2 Kwazar pump sprayers. I agree they’re definitely essential.

Looks like they’ve extended the same through tomorrow.. What I really need is some drill brushes, maybe some compound & polish, and some new pads... Good lord the pads I like are expensive.

Here's a video that outlines my carpet cleaning process. I'll write up a nice article as well.

Note that the carpets are grey.

Actually, my previous comment was a complete understatement... In reality I was so impressed by your execution, yes execution of that interior that I couldn’t help but nod my head and say “man now that’s on a whole nother level right there. That’s the difference between the Joes & the Pros”

When someone shows up equipped like that and produces those kind of results, you can rest assured you hired the right man for the job. Hats off to you man, you clearly aren’t messing around.Best way to clean carpet and upholstery?

    Jacob,

I agree great job. I was initially watching and was thinking, geez, he needs a Tornador and then you pulled it out. Is your equipment at home/shop or is that a mobile setup? Wondering what sort of equipment you were using off camera. How long does that advanced carpet cleaning normally take? Thanks for sharing and such an impressive job and improvement.

This was done at my shop. I suppose you could try it mobile as well but for the more extensive detailing I prefer to do it at my shop.

The Tornador Velocity Vac is pretty amazing!!!

I'd say the amount of time it takes depends on how dirty the vehicle is, and the package the customer is willing to purchase.

For vehicles that require a more extensive interior detailing such as this Durango I go to my Emerald Elite Package and up. The Emerald package is for lightly soiled vehicles. The Advanced Carpet Cleaning Package is extra on top of whatever package the customer wishes to purchase.

This one took me about 12 hours plus a little bit of the next morning just for the carpets and upholstery, because there was a ton of pet hair. it took me 3 1/4 days to complete the whole job.

You should have seen the furr ball I pulled out of that thing. This prompted me to purchase the Lilly brush and Furr - eel...

It takes me some time but I pour my passion in to every detail as you can see.

The only equipment I used off camera would have been my air gun, which I use at the end just before the interior renewal service to do a final blow out of the vehicle just to be sure there are as many contaminants removed as possible.

If I blow out a little bit of debris from one area I inspect a little further to ensure the area is clean and re clean as necessary.

The other thing I did off camera was to go back over the vehicle just a little with the pet hair removal stone to remove the last little bit of contaminates and pet hair that I could get.

One final trick that I used was that I took a scrap towel and saturated one side with the Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Detailer and wiped down the seat mounts and tracks after cleaning with the Tornador Black filled with a solution of the Meguiar's APC diluted 10:1. This really made the seat mounts and tracks pop.

When I was done I was like, "Boom sucka! This is pretty good!!!"

I screwed the cone back on to the Tornador Black and also did one final blow out from under the seats as well.

If your interested in links to the tools, stand by because at some point I'll have a nice little how to article written up for you guys.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for your compliments, questions, and comments because they really lift me up and you know I really don't know what I would do without all of my supporters. You guys keep me going!!!
