I see MANY CarPro users here!
Am I missing out? Lol.
How are they compared to Optimum‘s complete line?

Nope!
And with that I mean for me this thread, I believe, would probably yield the same discussion and perspectives.
I agree with Griots being, and remaining, one of the most comprehensive vendors considering that they offer everything from machines to LSP.

Carpro and a few polishes from Meguires……One brand I won’t touch anything that they make is Chemguys, not effective, not worth the money.

I agree with Paul A. Griots as nearly everything one would want besides a ceramic coating of course.
I'm a big fan of Carpro however.

I agree the brands don't change much. They may change the formula's or offer up new products, but the quality is consistent.
I actively try out offerings from other brands, but lately I've been finding an increasing number of Griots bottles in my garage. I'm also using Meguiars Hyperwash and 3D's bug remover for the first time. Both are quality products on par with offerings I've used from other brands.

In the spirit of the OP, Griot's Garage, hands down.
From polishers, to some of the best abrasives on the market, their own pad systems, and oh!! That little thing called the PFM drying towel.......
