True.
Not only is it hard to make silver, "pop", but it depends on the silver paint itself too. Case in point is BMW silver paint over the years. Titanium Silver was a darker silver with medium metallic flake. When detailed properly and a carnauba wax applied, it simply glowed and looked amazing. The current Glacier Silver is a different animal. The paint is a lighter color and the metallic flake is tiny and more sparse. A good LSP for paint like that is one with a glassy shine to make the lighter color stand out.
I love silver for the depth you can get out of it, it doesn't pop much but when you can get it to look wet[emoji106][emoji106]

Duragloss 111 is great on silver. Even better mixed with DG601.
The Guz had some nice results on a silver car he did.
