Just Received Makita PO5000CX2 - White Pad Included

I just received my PO5000CX2 from Autopia. Anyone know what "CX2" is vs "C"??? AGO lists a part number ending in CX1.

Additionally, it comes with a white 5" LC CCS pad. I've been using white for AIO (mine are all pink now from 360 staining...LOL). I'm using red for wax. Is the white OK for wax (i.e. 476s, Fuzion) or should I stick with the red? If so, I'll keep this one for wax only and keep it away from AIO. All my other white pads have been used for AIO. Most of the time I use my GG3 for which I bought 3" red thinpro's for waxing.

White is a light polishing pad so you can use it for AIOs. Use the gear driven mode for polishing with the white pad. Use the free spinning mode for waxing with the red pads.

Best pads at the moment for this machine will be
    Lake country Thinpros
Rupes Mille pads should work well when they come out
Flexi pads X slim pads over seas work well too

If you want to use wool Optimum hyper wool or any wool has fas foam interface...other wools will turn machine into Jack hammer
