Best way to fix this wheel?
I have a truck that I let sit way too long and the wheels developed these spots. I haven't done anything but wash them yet and was wondering if there is anything I can do to fix them?

It looks like they are clear coated. You could try compounding them and see how they look.
If you don't care about the clear coat, you could strip it off and polish the aluminum.
I wouldn't recommend that route if you are going to use them on a daily driver.
