Exclamation How much to charge for a 2 step process for a F-150

    Hi All,

I need to find out what to charge for a 2 step process for a 2017 Ford F-150

    1- Foam wash
    2- Decontaminate paint (Nanoskin)
    3- Tape the whole truck
    4- Polish
    5- Seal/wax
    6- Dress tires
    7- Clean exterior windows

I don't do the interior nor the engine bay

    Thanks

Would be dependant on what level the customer wants the paint to be and the condition of the paint. I am thinking a 1 step with an AIO would be plenty on a 2017. I would start the price at $350 and that would include interior.

    Hi Jeremy,

The F-150 looks ok. Not a whole lot of swirls, just a little. Why the 2 steps. The customer doesn't want to have the interior done.

I don't touch trucks for anything under $500. Especially for a 2 step correction.

I start at $340 for what you listed, without added protection

^^ I would approach the above with an AIO. Especially since it's basically new and as noted, with only minor swirls.

$400-$450 range is what I charge. F150's have a lot of surface area and hard clear coat.

Definitely thinking an AIO is better suited for a 2017 truck, you're looking at at least a 15 hour day for a two step.

I knocked out this Chevy including wash, trim seal etc. no interior, 8 hours. Polished with FG400 and Sealed with Powerlock.

    I charged $350 if I remember correctly.

    And it was trashed!!!!

It was seriously oxidized, 7 years of neglect.

$350 and I would 1 step it with an All In One like Megs 151.
