Rupes Mini Lake Country Pad Choices

Hey all, just looking for some input on what pads you guys recommend for the Rupes Mini. I am currently using a PC7424XP with 4" Lake Country CCS pads. I plan on purchasing a Rupes Mini in the near future and while looking through the Lake Country pads section I came across 2 types of pads I am interested in. I am only doing this as a hobby and plan on using these for the more intricate areas that my Rupes 15 can't reach. I am just not sure which one would be better for my needs.

The first ones are the Lake Country 3 Inch Flat Foam Pads
and the second ones are the Lake Country ThinPro Foam Pad System 3.5 Inch

I was also looking through other threads and I saw a lot of people recommend the Rupes pads and I am not limited to just the LC pads. I only looked there because I only own LC pads and just want to stick with them.

    Looking forward to your inputs.

    Thanks.

The used to offer them in the HD Orbital line. Awesome pads!

They recently revamped the line, and I'm not sure if they're included yet.

The Thin Property wild be my choice otherwise.

I've been using the thin pro pads with mine with good results. They seem to hold up pretty well so far. The thin pads are easier to clean as well,or so it seems to me.

I've used both the LC ThinPros and Griots Boss Pads on my Mini and both work great Rupes Mini Lake Country Pad Choices

Might have to give the nod to the Boss Pads though!

So from all the feedback so far for the Mini, seems like the LC thins have the popular vote. May I ask what benefit there is compared to the regular pads?

I do know it is faster cut, but does that also mean more clear taken out? Or does it mean it will get to the result of the regular thicker pads faster with the same amount of clear removed?

I am curious for those that use the Boss pads and the Lake Country Thin pads on the Rupes Mini, do you still use the Rupes backing plate or do you use the backing plate from the same company as the pads?

Same backing plate that came on the Mini.

I use the Boss creams and pads with my G15, Flex 3401, and Rupes Mini all with no issues

Looks like they still have some of the old version left.
