What should I use on underhood plastics?
This is my 2010 Camaro. 15k miles, never sees inclement weather. It's turned into a garage queen.
What should I use to protect the underhood plastics? I currently have Meguairs M40, Meguiars natural shine protectant, Mothers VLR, and Ultima trim and tire guard. Should I use something else?
Or should I just keep doing as I have? Currently I clean periodically with a rinseless wash, dry, and don't use any Protestant.

After a lot of research I decided on Sonus Motor Kote for my 2016. I haven't used it yet, but it sounds promising.

Looks really good. If the system you're using is working for you then leave as is. If you want to "explore"
other products or to find ways to save time give Blackfire a try...
For cleaning/washing:
BLACKFIRE Wet Diamond Waterless Wash, waterless car wash
For protection/dressing:
BLACKFIRE All-In-One Trim & Tire Protectant, tire dressing, tire protectant, whitewall tire cleaner
Picked this idea up while I was at Competition Ready Class. Really changes things under the hood!

Sounds like you have quite a few products already to use up but can't go wrong with a staple like 303 Aerospace protectant.

I've used McKee's tire coating on my wife's ls3 intake and cai (removed the engine covers). Held up pretty well. Just produces a mild smell for a couple of days when the engine warms up.

I think from what you have listed I would try the Ultima TTGP. That or a synthetic spray wax or sealant. Something that will dry well and not leave a film behind that will attract dust.
I don't have any experience with UTTGP yet though, but did just pick it up.
Or just keep on keeping on, looks great!

I think with the little you drive it you are fine sticking with just rinseless washes.
However, I have had good luck with Meguiar's D156 under the hood on plastic, rubber and paint. Plus you will have a ton of D156 left over for using on the paint. If D156 lasts a few weeks on the outside with my daily drivers, it should last months under the hood.

I would've used the Meguiars M40.
