What is this on my roof?

I just got some bright halogon lights and I was going over my car to see what defects are in the paint. I have no idea what those white spots are.

Can you feel them? If so, I'll go with pine tar too. CarPro Tar-X and patience will remove them.

If it is pine pitch, isopropyl alcohol will remove it with very little effort.

Oh, I didn't realize there were 2 pictures there, I only looked at the second one originally. I see in that first picture a crazed spot that is likely from bird poop, that's a goner.

The remaining spots...are they raised up (like a blob of sap)? Honestly I'm not seeing what others were calling tree sap...all I see is that crazed spot, rock chips and scratches.

They are all not raised. I blasted the big spot with iso alcohol and then a clayed it. These two photos are flash and no flash.

I can't really say but almost want to say it looks sorta like crows feet or clear coat failing?
I've had similar looking thing where i guess it has something to do with paint breathing after sanded.
