How to clean exterior door slabs?
What do you call these slabs on the doors of a Honda CR-V?
There's an awful lot of grime on mine, and I feel tempted to get a toothbrush, since soapy water and microfiber clothes aren't working so well.
Is there a tool I can use to get in those tough angles?
Thanks!

Are you talking about dirt that collects behind there? If so, I tend to spray in there with the HP washer to flush out whatever gets caught behind there on cars I detail that have those strips.
I wouldn't be taking a toothbrush to your car's paint - if you do need a brush there are many paint safe options available via Autogeek.

Hi, welcome to AutoGeekOnline!
As Lawrence mentioned, use a pressure washer to flush the door trim free of debris. Don't get to close to the trim with the pressure washer as it may remove the trim off the door.
