Says it can remove polishing oils? Has this been tested?

Nearly any wash is going to remove polishing oils whether it's waterless, rinseless, or traditional. In order for anything to clean a car it'll have to have a nonpolar component to dissolve nonpolar contaminants. Polishing oils are a lot easier to remove than other nonpolar molecules like tar and oil on the street.

"At a very strong dilution ratio, yes,
it can strip wax. But we're talking like
4:1 or thereabouts.

We recommend 256:1 dilution ratio for
rinseless washing (128:1 for really dirty
cars).

15:1 will remove residual compound and
polish residue (but those are much easier to
remove than waxes and sealants)."

is it same as D114 in respect to it can be used prior to paint correction and/or cleaning prior to sealant application?

i know a lot of rinse less and waterless washes have polymers or waxes that would prevent this

It is the same as D114 in a sense that it doesn't leave anything behind.

This was the best cleaning rinseless wash product on the market. There’s no other product on the market that could clean an entire car spotless just by changing the dilution. I finally ran out and came to buy more then found out the bad news. This really sucks.
