    Re: HD Speed Topping Question

I don't top it as it's an AIO, but I have seen many people do so.

I only top it if customer wants to pay a little extra or if it's going to be a customer I know that will bring it to me for maintenance washes

What kind of durability are you guys getting from Speed alone?

    Re: HD Speed Topping Question

Alone it doesn't seem to last very long. Month max is what I would use it for. Top it off with a spray wax after a wash will keep things in check. I've used it for so many cars. I wish it had a bit more correction to it. Does anyone know how to adjust the correction on it in terms of speed on the DA or pressure or amount of product used?

I guess everyone's results vary. I definitely get a few months out of Speed in Florida. I'll use D156 as a drying aid as well. I also think Speed has excellent correction abilities. More cut = More pad!!

Yea but you're the WaxMaster... Not everyone can make wax perform like you can. Lol.

You control the amount of cut by the pad you use.

    Top away!

I use HD Poxy over it... it's meant to work with it, and I get a winter out of the combo.

    Re: HD Speed Topping Question

I top it with Poxy as well. It adds longevity and seems to give a little more shine than speed alone. I'm sure 845 would do the same. For me,Poxy goes on & comes of so easily,it's not a big deal to put a quick coat on every few weeks.
