    Interior Cleaning/ Stain Removal

    Hey guys,

I need some help here. I am using Mckees total interior cleaner and I love it. Does a great job on the plastics, leather, etc.

I have their carpet/upholestry cleaner as well but it doesn't seem to clean/remove stains as label says. I did exactly as instructions say with minimal result. Any recommendations on a good stain removal for carpets or cloth seats??

    Thanks,

    Colby

Like Maestro Sam asked it will help if you can identify the stain. Is it a tannin stain "coffee, soda, fruit juice" or protein stain "milk or food"? There are purpose made stain removers to break down particular stains when all purpose cleaner or a generic upholstery cleaner doesn't cut it. Meguiar's has both tannin and a protein stain remover if its greasy try Pig Out VacAway amazing stuff.

AS ALL WAYS do a test spot in an inconspicuous area.

There you have it VANEV post the exact products by Megs.

Looks like a combination of stains but no protein stains since I know those have bacteria etc in them creating the smell. I will def give those products a try.

I picked up some turtle wax stain remover and it seemed to work well on the next couple vehicles that I did yesterday.

I appreciate the responses! Greatly appreciated!
