D300 really suprised me, any product that can do that in direct sunlight is ok in my book.
Yeah, those are the moments where I wonder what the heck I'm doing!

That D300 is a really great product too. I understand it works great with foam too. I remember trying it with foam, but don't really remember the results. I will have to try it again.

Lately, I'd have to say nanoskin clay thingies.

I did a maintenance polish using Mckee's 37 Jeweling wax this past week on the vette and I pulled out the good ol' claybar. After realizing it wasn't doing the work my nanoskin fine mitt was doing, I put the clay bar away and picked up my new friend nanoskin washmitt fine. it works so much faster and removes contamination so much better... I'd have to say it's the best thing to "wow" me lately.

On a car like my vette that is practically in near perfect condition, no matter what wax, what polish I use, it always ends up looking the same. I used jeweling wax and americana wax on it today (1st time both products) and honestly, I can't tell if it's any shinier or better looking lol.

but the nanoskin washmitt made my life so much easier removing contamination!

I'm really enjoying the newest version of CarPro Reload. I absolutely LOVE the look it gives on darker colors, especially on metallic blues and reds. They've also managed to eliminate the notorious "streaking" issues from the older batches. I normally use it as a drying aid and gloss booster for coated vehicles. It also works great as a window sealant.

Optimum Opti-Glass - Very impressive water repellency

Rupes P808- It's simple to use. It leaves a nice slick and glossy finish. Does a great job as a drying aid.

Rupes M606 Detailer - Works great without leaving anything behind on a coated vehicle.

I have had a couple of vehicles lately with a wicked, nasty combination of very hard clear and incredibly deep swirls/scratches. M101 wasn't even cutting through them fast enough and I don't like using rocks-in-a-bottle Menzerna Power Gloss although it will work. A MUCH better alternative has just surfaced in the guise of Shine Supply's Chop Top. Here is a vehicle that with its 19 years of abuse was a superb (and tough) test for it:

Chiming in with another vote for the Flex 3401.

If I knew years ago what I do now, I would have bought one long ago. 110% love powering through jobs. The time savings alone even on my own personal vehicles is worth it. The fact that it doesn't stall makes doing bumpers and hard to reach areas so easy and nice. I always hated having to deal with a regular DA on difficult spots. Never again.

D300 finishes pretty awesome on microfiber, on foam it finishes even better.

D300 is a elite compound till this day, its a really nice compound thats easy to work with and gets the job done.

Try it on on foam you'll love it!

BLACKFIRE Deep Gloss Spray Sealant, spray wax, paint sealant spray

I love this stuff as a topper due to the amazing shine it produces. Right now I'm applying on top of 845 and can only imagine how good it would look topping up Blackfire Wet Diamond Sealant or Crystal Seal.
