    Detailing a truck

    Hello all,

Over the winter i bought a 2015 Chevy silverado in rainforest green. i'm looking for the best way to wash it. With my previous car i used ONR and a Big Red Sponge. Issue i find i'll run into now is due to living in canada with a large quanity of sand on the roads from winter, i get alot of accumulation on the running boards and rear bumper. Whats the best way to get this off while still going rinseless?

Here is a picture of the beast after purchase. (there is no snow on it when i wash it)

    Thanks

    Detailing a truck

Try going to one of those do-it-yourself carwashes (the one with the wand) and just spray the heavy sand/dirt off. Use your own soap, etc. Then maybe if room allows finish it up in the parking lot. If not, return home and finish.

Nice truck! I just bought the same thing in Summit White 6 weeks ago. Rinse less washing when you can do it is the best way. I've hosed washed mine once and it was a lot of territory to cover before it aired to avoid water spots.
